IMPORTANT NOTICE- We are professionals and we take pride in the quality of the work we provide. We always strive to provide the very best service in our industry and to secure your property as well as possible given the circumstances. However, the measures utilized to secure your building are intended to reduce the likelihood of additional damage and intrusion, not eliminate it. All emergency board ups and roof tarps are temporary measures and are not intended to be used as a long term solution. They are not weatherproof, moisture proof or intrusion proof. We can provide such protection but these processes take more time to plan and install. No warranties of any kind exist for these emergency measures against unauthorized entry, moisture penetration, wind, and water or moisture damage to tarps, board ups or to the property. Unless the company is specifically hired to do so, it will be the customer’s responsibility to monitor job site for leaks, tears, intrusion, etc. If additional services are needed in the future it shall be the customer’s responsibility to sign a new work agreement.
